West Baton Rouge Parish Permit Office issues generator permits on all new generator installs in the unincorporated areas and municipalities. Please contact the West Baton Rouge Parish Natural Water and Gas department for gas meter upgrades or to have a meter installed. WBR Parish Permit Office requires all generator installers to be licensed with the State and registered with their office before applying for a permit.
